My Question or Issue 

I paid to Spotify twice with payment of Rs 129 + Rs129 few minutes back for my account for premium monthly membership plan.However membership is still not upgraded.Money deducted twice from my bank account. Could you assist?

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

 

If your account has not updated to Spotify Premium, most likely the payments you're seeing have failed and will be automatically refunded to your bank account.

 

This happens if your card/ payment method is not enabled for secure online payments. This is something that needs to be manually enabled by most banks. It's best you reach out to your bank and check if secure online and foreign recurring payments can be enabled. Otherwise you won't be able to pay for Spotify via card.

 

If this type of payment is enabled, please try subscribing through an incognito browser window to avoid issues possible caused by corrupted cache & cookies.

hi, thanks for your reply. 
However money has been deducted from my account three times already by Spotify India. I haven't got any refund back. Total Rs 377 has been deducted from my account without any refund and i still haven't got premium membership for the current month of January 23.
Please assist.

I paid the premium membership money thrice to Spotify india. Attached is the screenshot for reference.. Did not get any refund money from Spotify and neither got premium membership for January 2023.

I checked with my bank as well. According to them, money is transferred to "Spotify India account" successfully three times. 

Please assist.

Thanks for the info. Could you please double check your account and make sure it is Premium and also make sure you haven't made any payments to another account. For any payments that need to be refunded, please reach out to our Support Team, so they can investigate further.
