Paid twice for student subscription but still on free version

My Question or Issue

I just paid twice for the student subscription. Amount has been deducted from my bank account and still i haven’t got the premium account for the same.

There's an ongoing issue for subscribers in India regarding payments not going through or Premium plan not activating even thought the amount was deducted.
