If you can't see records of the payment you made in there, it means that the payment attempts were not successful from our end. If so, the transactions must be on a pending state and they will expire in the following days. Any funds put on hold by your bank will return to your card automatically.

If you're able to see the records of the payment from your account's receipt page, the Premium service should be active. In that case, log out and then log back into your account from the Spotify app.
