My Question or Issue

I've paid for premium (Inc 3 moth free trial) last friday (24.01.20) to upgrade my free account to premium. I can see the payment has left my bank account but my spotify account has not been upgraded, it's still just a free account. How do I get the upgrade to complete and or cancel it?

Hey @SteveG31 thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community,

 

Make sure you try these possible solutions regarding your issue:

  • Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
  • If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. 
  • If it says Free, check the receipt we emailed you.
  • Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, sign in with your Facebook login details.

 

It's also possible that you’ve accidentally created a second account - one account with a Spotify username, the other created and linked to your Facebook profile. Try logging in with each to access your Premium.
