Part of a premium duo but it says payment failed for me but not for my partner

I am a part of a premium duo account, my partner is the owner. Since i joined i get the message saying i need to update payment to be able to use premium. But when I try to update it sends me to the page saying im a part of a premium duo. My partner has no issues using his account, payment is done. 

Before i joined his duo plan I had a free account that used to be a premium plan.

Thanks for reaching out.

The error message you're seeing might be related to a payment for your previous plan (despite it being cancelled when joining your partner Premium Duo plan). 

 

In this case, it's best to reach out to the folks over at Customer Support, as they're the ones who can take a closer look at this and assist you further.
