My Question or Issue

My partner was a part of a family plan with myself and my brother. He left and I went back to an Individual plan and my partner to Free. We now wanted to do a Duo together but when I invited her she was met with an error message (See attached).
We are unsure as she is not currently a part of any family or plan. Can anyone advise? Thanks!
