Partner refused access to my Premium Family Account

Partner refused access to my Premium Family Account



My partner (not married, living together at the same address for the last year) is being refused access to my Premium family account. It's just me using it.... wondering what the point of paying for it is if I can add him... and I've tried accepting the invite on his phone myself. Nothing works.

Any help appreciated. The spotify website and help sections are unhelpful.

Let's try clearing the browser's cache and cookies on your partner's device before trying to join the plan again. You can also try using an incognito window or a different browser altogether.
