My Question or Issue

Hi,

I have a premium family account and want to close it but for my wife to keep going with a premium account on her own. I want her to be able to keep all her playlists etc.

How do I go about this (closing the family account and my wife open her own account will lose all her playlists.

Thanks for reaching out.

Since all members of a Premium Family plan are already using their own accounts, they simply have to keep using the same existing accounts if they would like to keep their playlists, saved music, etc. 🙂
