Paused Premium

I have premium, today ive veen listening in offline mode, as i was changing back to the normal "Mode" a message came up saying that my "Premium has been Paused " so now i cant listen to any musik in the library or search for mew musik nothing works, even thoe i still have premium. HELP!

Hey @Kapitalz,

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

Hey thanks for the quick tips! Unfortunately it did not work out, im still unavailable to use it. Crazy thing is it says that "its paused" and not "expired"
