in my spotify account this month I was charged the normal but now in the same month try to change the plan at less price and I was charged the same

Since Spotify Premium is paid for in advance, the student discount you added after the first payment, will take effect on your next billing date. Once the month you paid for at full price ends.

From then on, you'll continue to pay only half of the regular price.
