Pay for Premium and Family

I changed my Premium to Family and discovered that I pay for both.

How do I fix that when I only have 1 account?

Hey! This might be a long response so I'll try to shorten it. Basically, if you've been charged twice in one month it's because your regular Premium price doesn't get upcharged to Premium for Family until the next billing date. The next billinbg date is usually pulled forward becasue you get the family service automatically, and aren't upcharged until later. Am I making sense? They pull the billing date forward to compensate for the higher priced service getting redeemed. Hope this helps!

Tuve cuenta premiun hasta hace 3 semanas reinicie mi telefono y perdi mi contraseñ volvi a registrarme con otro nombre y ahora ingreso mi tarjeta par pasar a premiun y no me la toma y con mi tarjet no tengo ningun inconveniente me pueden ayudar a volver a ser premiun?
