Pay for premium but subscription says free

Pay for premium but subscription says free

I’m paying 9.99 a month for Spotify and my account acts as if it’s a premium account, I don’t have any ads etc but when I go onto the subscriptions page it claims I only have a Spotify free account so I can’t use Spotify with my Amazon Echo,

does anyone know I can rectify this?

Hey @Sophievictoria,

 

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
