Pay premium with Swisscom

Hi Guys

I want to upgrade to premium and to pay this, i'd like to do this with my provider Swisscom. It should be possible because Swisscom and Spotify say this is possible. But if I try to register, there is no such option.

Hey @pius_11, welcome to the Spotify Community!

You should be able to get the Premium service with Swisscom. However, if you don't see the option, it's because your account might be eligible for one of our current 3 months offer. When you go to the subscription page, our system will redirect you automatically to the 3 month offer if your account is eligible for it.

The 3 month offer is not available if you subscribe through Swisscom. So this could be the reason why the option is not showing up for you. In this case, we suggest that you get the 3 month offer for 0.99 CHF here. Then, you can cancel the renewal of the subscription so you don't get charged after the 3 months end.

Once your account goes back to the Free service after the 3 months, the option to subscribe through Swisscom will show up for you.

I have the same problem i did what you said and its not working for me. I even set up a new account gave my mobile number and everything and paying with Swisscom is still not an option. What am i doing wrong?

You can't pay with Swisscom if there is a spezial offer. On mondy you'll be
able to do it.
