Hi fellas! 

So I wanna buy a gift card from PayPal site but my account is registered in Greece where I'm living right now. Is it possible to buy the card from PayPal and use it in my country or I have to have a US account? I'm going to but the card from PayPal.com and in Greece though if that is significant information.

Your payment method must match your country settings.

If your Paypal account (and credit card, etc) was issued in Greece and your Spotify account is set to Greece too then you should have no problems.
