Payed for premium... where is it ?

Payed for premium... where is it ?

Have a recurring Spotify premium subscription renewal. This past one did not renew due to low funds on my card. For about a week I had to go without premium and just use the free Spotify. Yesterday money was put on my card and the first thing done was renewal of my Spotify premium. My card was charged but the account has not been updated to premium

 

 

What I’ve tried :

logging in with username, NOT email 

logged in and out

deleted and redownloaded Spotify app on phone

checked account on Spotify website

 

None have been proven successful and do not want to chance being double charged for trying to purchase premium again

If you can't see your Premium features, check the following:

  • Check the status of your subscription 
  • Check the status of your payment
  • Check that your Premium subscription isn’t on another account
