Payed for subscription but didn't get it

I just payed for a subscription (3 months for 9 pesos), but I didn't get it. Can anyone help me please??

Did you check the FAQ first? It's quite useful and there is a topic that describes your problem quite well. Here is the solution.

I cancelled my subscription and the person told me I could use the same email to get the student premium package and now that I have signed up again it won't allow me to use the email. My card already went through and took out $5.39 but I'm still not able to get free music
