Paying $14.99 for 3 months when I subscribed for $0.99 for 3 months

Solved!

Paying $14.99 for 3 months when I subscribed for $0.99 for 3 months

I went to the page that says $0.99 for 3 months and purchased the subscription but when I went to my receipt on my email it says I payed $14.99 for the 3 months. Can I cancel my subscription without being charged? And if so, how? Also, does anyone know why the $0.99 for 3 months didn't work?

Hey @Starzz106

That offer is available to users that have never had Premium on their account before (via a subscription or a trial).

Also, It's not possible to get one of the offers with a payment method that's already been used to purchase a subscription or another offer before.

You can get a refund before 15 days have passed from the date of purchase. You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

Hope it helps. 🙂
