Paying for Spotify family through Telia but my account is set to free

Paying for Spotify family through Telia but my account is set to free

Tried calling Telia and they sent me a new link but when I'm clicking it, is says something like; oops can't do this need to set your account to free. But when I log in to Spotify it says that I have the free subscription. Like my title I'm paying for the family subscription through Telia and all of our accounts are since like 3 days back set to free. What's wrong?
