Paying for premium but only have free version

Paying for premium but only have free version

I have been paying for premium for a while now but when I log into my account it says I have the free version and I still have to listen to adverts. I want to cancel the 9.99 I am paying each month as I am paying for nothing!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. I'd recommend checking out this Support article for the next steps to take.


It sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend checking out the FAQ page "Can I create multiple accounts?" here for more info.

Hi thanks for your reply, I've followed all the steps suggested and it's still not working. I just want to stop paying 9.99 a month and get out of Spotify completely. How do I stop paying 9.99 a month when it's not even saying that I am? I know I am because it comes out of my bank account each month and I get a text notification.
