Paying for premium twice

So I have had the regular premium for 9.99 for about a year, and this month it ran out. On my Spotify it said - Renew payment moethod to continue premium or continue with different method. So i went on the website and signed up for the student account, but I'm not in college I'm in Highschool so I stopped and went back when it asked for my college and then renewed my regular account. Today I went and looked and it charged me for the student as well as the regular premium costs...? I just canceled my premium for 9.99 but now it doesn't say that I'm subscribed as a student...? And I am paying for both premium accounts this month. Does anyone know how to fix this?
