Paying for subscription, but account is free

My Question or Issue

 Hi, I am paying for premium subscription of Spotify. When I log into my account it says it is free. I am sure that my paid is bound to this email address. Is there a way to “recover” my paid account with a specification on my receipt?

I have seen the article before, but the thing is that my account says it is free. It doesn't have any payment history. 

I can't have anymore Spotify accounts, because this is the only email I use.

Any other suggestions?

It really sounds like you have a second account with us. Perhaps you created another account with your Facebook profile. You can read here how to find extra accounts.

It's very easy to sign up for an account with us so it's not unusual that some users have an extra account even though they were sure they didn't. Moreover, in the past it was possible to create an additional account even if your email address was taken.
