Paying premium but account states "free account"

Hi,
I've been paying premium for a few months now. Since January I have been paying without getting the benefits of premium, my account states "free account".
How do I cancel these payments? I cannot use the cancel my subscription option as the account states I have no subscription.
I have now overpaid for 3 months. Thanks!

Hmm, that's not alright! Could you check that you only have one account at Spotify? Here are some steps which can be helpful. Let me know how it goes! 🙂
