Paying student price and premium price! help!

I have been charged for my premium account twice for the past 3 months £9.99 and £4.99 as I signed to student deal. How can I get this refunded? can anyone advise what to do?

Hey @Abi011,

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

If you're getting charged twice, it probably means you're paying more than one account. Checking your receipts is a way to confirm that.

If you identify the account you're paying £9.99, you should be able to cancel that subscription, and keep your student rate.
