Paying twice. Once through Spotify account once through iTunes account

I just noticed on my bank statement that I was being charged twice for Spotify. Once on ITunes for 12.99$ and once on Spotify for 9.99$ I called iTunes and canceled my subscription through them. They also reimbursed me for the last two months. Who do I talk to here about this. I have been being charged for at last the last 6month but more likely a year, twice, for the same thing.....
