Paying twice for last 2 months

Hi All

I pay my Spotify through my T Mobile phone bill however have noticed over last 3 months I have been charged 12.99 separately by Spotify (through iTunes) for months I already have covered? I have cancelled the subscription through ITunes now but could I be refunded for May and June and possibly July if taking the money out again this month?

It sounds like you have another account with an active subscription through iTunes. You'll need to contact iTunes directly over here to request the refund for those charges.

I have also been charged twice and need to find out if I have two accounts and if so how can I merge into one so I'm only paying once?

Thanks Juan will ask for refund now any particular section to fill in or just general questions? 🙂
