Paying via spotify card

ho acquistato una cara prepagata da 30euro di spotify (epay) ma al momento del pagamento prima dice tutto ok.

poi dopo pochi giorni l abbonamento premium si è disattivato e la tessera non funziona più.

cosa è capitato? come risolvo?
