Payment Error

Payment Error

I paid 0.99$ for 3 month but I'm still looking free user. It's not about 1$ but I wanted to know that after 3 month, will I pay for another months. If ı will, how can I stop it becasue I dont know for which account I'm paying.

If you didn't get any email receipt from Spotify, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later.

 

You can login to the website with your username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.
 
In there you can delete your payment info if you want to.
