Payment Fail

I could not make subscribing to Premium by an Vietnamese bank's Visa Mastercard. I already checking with bank, the card dont have any problem in making worldwide transactions. However there is no notice on fault transactions from the bank also. However, the transaction cannot go through and alway fail. Could I ask the reason?

Keep in mind that your payment method needs to be issued in the same country you have set for your Spotify account.
