My Question or Issue
Hello my name is Yann and i'm french.
5 Years ago, I moved to South Africa.
It's been 6 month that I changed my premium from french account to local South african account. Everything was working well until now. I dont know why but if i want to pay my premium with South African card (I make only money here now) the payment fail everytime. Please help, what should i do? I'm not sure where is the problem.

Could you try this using a different browser or incognito mode? If that doesn't help, then I'd recommend following some steps here.

This will never be fixed, I've had Spotify for a year with no problems and 3 months ago I had this problem all of a sudden and they still cannot tell me what the problem is. I have literally tried everything on their website and contacted their tech team. If you ever manage to get this working please let me know here.
