My Question or Issue

 I am trying to purchase the 3 months for $10 deal. Everytime I click continue it says 'Payment Failed'. I have tried using PayPal and credit card, but it doesn't seem to be working. Is this a problem on my end or Spotify's end?

Hey @charlieuebele,

Have you tried using an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?

When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).
