My Question or Issue
Spotify was unable to process payment for my Premium subscription this month. I did not receive any notifications that my subscription would be paused, and when attempting to update my payment information, no cards used would be accepted. They all return the error "Payment failed." I have confirmed with the bank that the cards are accepting charges, and that I have the correct amount of money available for the charge.
I have tried processing payment after clearing the cache, in incognito mode, in multiple browsers, and from multiple devices. All give me the "Payment failed" error.
