Payment Failure in the US

Payment Failure in the US

Hello, so I had my student discount set up and this month when I was supposed to be billed it said the transaction did not go through. This because I had no money in the account at the time. Now there is money in the account. Do I need to still update my card even though it's the same one? I'm just not sure what to do, and I don't want to lose my premium in the process when I have a trusted payment method. Thanks.

Hey @_karislee, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I'll be happy to help.

Did your Premium Student subscription get canceled as a result of not having sufficient funds on the account? If yes, you would need to get started again by going here and selecting your plan.

Let me know how this goes!

Hey there @_karislee

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this.

We suggest you try the steps given by @Billy-J, if your subscription got cancelled due to the insufficient funds and your account got reverted to Free.

To answer your question -  you still need to put in your credit card details even though they're the same, so just head to this page and update the payment method. This will ensure the payment goes through.

Hope this helps. Keep us posted!
