I have been trying for several days to change my payment method to a different card in order to renew my Premium subscription only it keeps saying the same message: "Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method."
Please let me know what can be done. I have waited a few days, as well as, tried several cards and trials; nothing goes through and keeps saying the same message.
