Almost a month ago I paid for 3 Months Premium for a dollar and it said transaction failed but I still got charged this is not fair. Can someone help me like give me my money's worth or give me the premium.

Thanks for reaching out. You may want to reach out to your bank to see what they have to say, and check your bank statements.

 

Also, check your account information, as this can be an issue, and says it — but still gives you your benefits.

 

Go to Spotify.com > Account > Subscriptions. Then, you can check what you have, and see if you’ve subscribed already.
