Payment Issue When Signing Up for 30 Day Free Trial

I have tried many times with multiple different payment methods to subscribe for the 30 day free trial option. However, every time it keeps giving me the red error message saying that my payment failed. I have even tried trouble shooting myself and used the different solutions (trying again over the course of many days/weeks, signing up on incognito, etc.) but none of them works either. I have been trying to do this for the past month and a half already.
