My Question or Issue

I have verified my student account since September 2018 but I am still charged to this day the full Premium price. I have already contacted Spotify earlier this year about this issue but it's still not resolved, I am still being charged 9.99euros per month.

Can you please check your subscription status?

There's a possibility that you verified your student discount but actually did not activate it yet. Please, confirm in the page I mentioned above in the exact plan your account is.

Thanks for your reply. I already contacted a Spotify agent about the issue. Turns out there was a glitch so I will be getting a full refund back for the overcharge.
