Hello, I've already read several forums about my problem but none of them seems to work. I've been using Spotify for several years and my recent payment is not being processed because my country doesn't match my payment method. It's weird because my account definitely confirms that I live in the Philippines. 

 

I've tried using incognito mode, using another browser, and trying a different payment method.

 

I find it troublesome for my premium account to get canceled. Having to redownload the songs again on my phone afterwards. I'm looking forward to hearing your replies. Thank you!

Thank you for responding to this. My premium subscription is back.  I went to your link, received the message from the attached picture, and tried premium again.
