I'm having difficulty paying my subscription thru card. It says that my card is not within my country but i'm using it for a long time now.

 

I'm from the Philippines by the way.

same issue here. I'm trying to reactivate my premium subscription via PayMaya but it doesn't accept it.

You mention seeing an error message about the country of your payment card not matching. 

 

Keep in mind that the country of your payment method must match the one in your Spotify profile, so we can verify your location.


Just to confirm, is your Spotify account and payment method both from the Philippines? You can check out how to 
change the country on your Spotify account.

 

If you're still having troubles after confirming this, we'd recommend giving it another try upgrading using a different browser or in an incognito or private window in your current browser.

Just to confirm, are you seeing the same error message as @sleeplessboy or a different one?

 

If you're having troubles upgrading, it would be a good idea giving it a try from an incognito or private window in your browser.
