Hey Spotify,

 

So our family had an family account but we renewed our VISA because the old one had some problems. We went from premium to free in the meantime, now we're trying to reactivate our premium account but we keep getting this notification:

 

  • De betaling is mislukt. Probeer het opnieuw of gebruik een andere betalingsmethode. Vraag om hulp

It's really weird because we called our bank a couple of times now and they say everything is okay. We can do payments on Bol.com etc too. What could be the issue? Really terrible to not be able to listen to my playlists haha.
