My Question or Issue

I paid for a premium account through PayPal, the money has been taken out of my bank account but I can't access the premium services on the app. It says I'm still on a free plan. I don't want to try the payment process again, in case I end up paying double or more. Please can you give me access.

The same problem: Im even see that i have duo plan, when I trying to pay, but all apps (macbook,phone,etc) still in free plan

It's possible that you're logged in on a different account on your devices. Could you go through the steps on this page to confirm, if this is the case? 


You can also try logging out of the account on the app and logging back in with the email address you see on the account page in the web browser.
