Payment approved and premium suspended

Payment approved and premium suspended

I approved the payment for my student premium subscription and the money got out. 3,49. But my account is still suspended due to lack of payment. Why?

Thanks for reaching out on the Community.

 

If you'd like to see if your payment has gone through successfully you can take a look at your Receipts page.

 

If you don't see the new payment there, it means that they haven't gone through successfully on our end and you should receive them back automatically in a few days.

 

It's possible that they show on your bank statement as pending/processing. You can check this page for more info on that.

 

If you see the payment, make sure you're logged in with the correct email address on the app.
