Payment by mastercard is having an error

I'm trying to get the student discount subscribtion but i've been getting this "payment using this method is having a problem today, try again later" when it's the only payment method here in indonesia, the error message was translated from indonesian text also so it might be different with the oroginal english message, anyway i want to know if i'm the only one getting this error with mastercard

Just to confirm, have you used your card to pay for regular Premium in the past?

Keep in mind that in order to subscribe, your card will need to meet these requirements. If it does, we suggest that you try again from a computer, using a Google Chrome incognito window if possible.
