Payment can't be processed

Hi! trying to start up a student account because my subscription with fido/spotify ended and I've tried several times with several different cards and it keeps telling me that my card or provider seems to be having a "bad day" and to try again. I've tried different cards plus on different days so I don't seem to understand the problem here.

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.
