My payment card expired, and my account was reverted from a Premium account to a Free account, without any warning.
No email to tell me the payment failed and to ask for another payment card (and no, it's not in my **bleep** folder...)
I lost all my synched music, and had to resubscribe (me + my family members).
Doesn't seem normal. Actually, quite opposite of consumer friendly.
And having no customer support to ask a legitimate question about a service I've been paying for for a few years doesn't seem normal either...
