My Question or Issue

My account was charged a few days ago to renew my Spotify premium however it still says I need to pay to renew it, I have the payment on my bank statement which I've posted as an attachment.

Hope you’re doing great!

 

Could you try a quick sign out/ sign back in to see if that helps? If that doesn’t help, I’d recommend taking a look at this support article

Unfortunately, this did not work, I looked at the support article you linked and my Premium status is still not renewed, and my payment is posted not pending. I'm afraid I'll need to speak with a Spotify employee if I want this issue resolved, Thank you for your time though.
