Payment couldn't be accomplished

Hello, I'm on Spotify Premium now for nearly a year and always paying with Paypal, now suddenly it states that the Payment couldn't be accomplished and that I need to update my payment method and that they will try to charge me later again.

What happened to my account and why is the Paypal payment no longer working? I fear they charge me twice for updating it.
