My Question or Issue

Hi, I signed up for a single premium plan on a debit card, and put it as a monthly subscription. The money for the first month has been deducted from my bank account, but my Spotify account still shows me to be on the free plan. I have only one account and I'm signed into it across my devices. Logging out and logging back in didn't help either. Now I have a recurring plan that I can't use. Please help.

If you’re having trouble signing up to an introductory offer, remember that you won’t be eligible if you’ve already had or tried Premium in the past (unless stated otherwise). The purpose of the trial is to let users try the service and decide if they want to pay for it in the future.
