Payment details won't go through

Payment details won't go through

I recently had to cancel my card and get a new one, and I want to update my payment details for my premium subscription. I went to the link in the email I received to update them, and got an error message saying that something went wrong. I figured it may have just been a typo causing the problem, so I tried again several times. 

 

Spotify is now saying that my payment details STILL have not been updated, but my bank account has now been charged four times for the service. Has anyone dealt with anything similar, or are there any admin that can help?
