Payment details won't go through.

For two weeks I've been trying to update my credit card info for my Student/Premium account and every time I put in the card info and hit update, a red bubble pops up and says payment failed try again. I've tried other browsers, different computers, my phone, cleared my cookies, and called my bank. Twice I've  had a live chat with someone on spotify telling me to try it again and to do all those things I just listed. None of them have worked and now my account is going to suspeneded
