Keep in mind that the offer is only for users that haven't had Spotify Premium before. Also, you need to use a payment method you haven't used to get Premium.

You can go here and check if your card meets the requirements to get the offer.

but, what if i didn't remember that i made a payment with the same card, they charged me the price for the premium offer anyway, how can i get a refund, and the charged me twice

As you've already paid for Premium, we're afraid you won't be eligible for the 0.99 offer.

If you've been charged for Premium but you'd like to cancel, we'd recommend following the steps here.
